Community Health in Yavapai County

Sharon Rickman works for Yavapai County and is the Director of the Community Health Center of Yavapai County and Prescott Free Clinic. The County and Prescott Free Clinic have a unique arrangement to co-manage the Community Health Center. This arrangement has given Sharon an opportunity few people have and requires a unique perspective on working with and negotiating with two governing boards.
